Reports

General

The Supplier will provide daily, monthly and quarterly reports to EITC as outlined in the following sections. EITC reserves the right to include or remove some of the reporting Service Levels included in the following sections. EITC also reserves the option for some additional “Ad-hoc Reporting” requirements that the Supplier must comply with in special situations.

Supplier shall look for real time dash boards and other automated means of system reporting engines for reporting weekly and Monthly reports below.

Daily Reporting:

The Supplier shall provide a detailed reporting for the below mentioned parameters (service assurance and service fulfillment) and by customer segments, technology, area, subscription

The Service Levels include:

  1. All data shall be sent in UAE time.

  2. Statistics shall be sent in an Excel file provided by EITC which may not be amended in any way without prior approval by EITC.

  3. On each working day the excel report has to be filled in for the previous day of operation.

  4. Statistics for the previous day shall be sent by 09:00 UAE every working day (Sunday-Thursday).

  5. Statistics for Friday and Saturday shall be sent on Sunday.

  6. Statistics shall be sent via email-to-email address(es) specified by EITC, the filename of the report shall follow naming convention provided by EITC.

  7. The timeframe and the way of delivery is the minimum requirement of EITC. Both parties shall try to find a solution that offers immediate access to the data (e.g. via an interface) to reduce manual work and reduce delays in reporting.

Monthly Reporting:

The Supplier shall provide a detailed reporting for the below mentioned parameters (service assurance back office repair and service fulfillment) and by customer segments (e.g. Inzone, FNL, SME, LE, SOHO, Managed service, FNE, FWA, FMS) as applicable to EITC on a monthly basis.

The Service Levels include:

  1. All data shall be sent in UAE time.
  2. Statistics shall be sent in a special Excel file provided by EITC which may not be amended in any way without prior approval by EITC.
  3. Supplier must complete the monthly excel report by 3rd of every month and send it to EITC.
  4. Statistics shall be sent via email to email address (es) specified by EITC, the filename of the report shall follow naming convention provided by EITC.
  5. The timeframe and the way of delivery is the minimum requirement of EITC. Both parties shall try to find a solution that offers immediate access to the data (e.g. via an interface) to reduce manual work and reduce delays in reporting.

Ad hoc reporting and changes to reporting

EITC reserves the right to ask for customer segment specific ad hoc reports at any time in the time aggregation levels: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly and Supplier shall provide such ad hoc reports on EITC’s request.

EITC reserves the right to change the reporting requirements and Supplier shall adhere to any such change in the reporting requirements.
